Lama Mansour is a Harvard Business School–trained leader and Co-Founder of Soteri Skin. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and built her career at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer health, and global growth.
With a strong focus on building trusted, purpose-driven brands, Lama has led marketing and commercial strategies across multiple international markets. Her work is grounded in one belief: meaningful brands are built by solving real problems for real people.
Lama was inspired to help bring Soteri Skin to life after hearing countless stories from families struggling to find lasting relief from eczema. She partnered with scientific founder and CEO Dr. Rafal Pielak to help translate his breakthrough skin pH technology and barrier health science into accessible solutions for millions of people living with eczema.
Today, Lama leads Soteri Skin’s brand, growth, and global distribution strategy, helping build a company rooted in science, empathy, and a mission to make effective eczema care accessible to families everywhere.
