IN ADDITION TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, PLEASE REVIEW THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISION (SECTION 12 OF THE TERMS OF SALE), UNDER WHICH YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY. PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Soteri Skin (including its representatives, affiliates and subsidiaries, "Soteri Skin") offers subscription offerings to our skincare products (our "Products"), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated in these Soteri Skin Subscription Terms and Conditions (the "Subscription Terms"). Throughout these Subscription Terms, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Soteri Skin. These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of and subscription to our Products. The Products are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Subscription Terms. If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, please do not subscribe to or use our Products. The headings used in these Subscription Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Subscription Terms.

By subscribing to our Products, you agree to be bound by the Subscription Terms. These Subscription Terms apply to all users of the Products.

Note that personal information that is collected in relation to Product subscriptions is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Subscription Terms do not apply to the use of our website or other services; please see above a link to the Soteri Skin Website Terms and Conditions. Also, other terms and conditions may apply to a particular Soteri Skin survey or campaign. Please refer to such separate terms and conditions where applicable.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PRODUCTS. YOU MAY ONLY USE THE PRODUCTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.

1. Subscription Terms; Automatic Renewal

When you buy our Products through our subscription program (the "Program"), you agree and acknowledge your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Soteri Skin after the expiration date of your payment card.

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will continue to be charged on a recurring basis at the delivery frequency you select (in each case, as indicated in your account settings under "Subscription") and without notice until you cancel, for example: (1) for 30 Day subscriptions, every 30 Days; (2) for 60 Day subscriptions, every 60 Days; (3) for 90 Day subscriptions, every 90 Days; (4) for longer subscriptions of certain Products, every 3 or 6 months, as applicable. You authorize Soteri Skin or its third-party payment processing provider(s) to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) based on the delivery frequency you select until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the total, then-current price of the item(s) in your subscription order on the date that order is processed, less any applicable discounts, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, each delivery frequency period upon renewal until you cancel.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SOTERI SKIN WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.

You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid (e.g., loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by emailing hi@soteriskin.com. You may also update your billing information directly in your account. If you fail to timely update your credit card information, your subscription to the Program may be terminated and your account may be sent for collection.

We may change the price of a product in your subscription order at any time, and we will notify you of any price change with the option to cancel. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your subscription prior to the next scheduled ship date as described in the "Cancellation Policy" section below. Please make sure that you read any notifications of price changes carefully.

2. Products for Personal Use Only

Our Products and any samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the Products or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. By purchasing any Product through us, you agree not to offer the Products or samples for resale. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or Products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Subscription Terms.

3. Unauthorized Sellers

Our Products are currently available through our website (https://soteriskin.com) and through certain professionals. We strongly recommend that you do not buy our Products from any unauthorized sellers (including third party sellers on eBay or other online marketplaces), as the Product may be used, defective, expired or counterfeit. In the event you do purchase our Product from an unauthorized seller, we will not be liable in any manner and we fully reserve the right to withhold any customer support with respect to such Product. Our return policy will not apply to any Product purchased from an unauthorized seller.

4. Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your credit card or other approved method of payment will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.

5. Shipping and Handling; International Orders

Title to Products will be shipped FOB from our facility and all risk of loss shall pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the Products to a common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. In the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate shipping information, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the Product to us or in re-sending the Product to you.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by customs.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on our website (https://soteriskin.com/) does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or other international costs/taxes. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar taxes, duties or fees attributable to such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local customs office. We suggest you check with your local customs office for any documents you may need before placing your order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Your subscription automatically renews and remains in effect until you cancel it. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription to the Program at any time without notice to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, your subscription must be canceled no later than the day before your next order is processed. If your recurring order has already been processed, that order cannot be canceled, but your subscription will be canceled so that no future recurring orders are placed.

You can cancel your subscription using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Cancel Online (Recommended)

1. Enter the email address you used when creating your subscription.

2. A one-time verification code will be sent to your email.

3. Enter the verification code to access your subscription account.

4. Click "Subscriptions" at the top of the page.

5. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription."

Once your cancellation is completed, no future recurring orders will be processed after the effective cancellation date.

Important Timing Information

Subscription Continuation

Your subscription remains active until you cancel it. By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize Soteri Skin to continue charging your selected payment method for each scheduled recurring shipment according to your selected delivery frequency.

7. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee for customers ordering from the United States and a 60-day money-back guarantee for customers ordering from all other countries.
