IN ADDITION TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, PLEASE REVIEW OUR TERMS OF SERVICE (https://www.soterskin.com/policies/terms-of-service), INCLUDING THE GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SECTION, UNDER WHICH YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY.

Soteri Skin, Inc., including its representatives, affiliates and subsidiaries (“Soteri Skin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers subscriptions to our skincare products (“Products”), conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated in these Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Subscription Terms”). These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of, and subscription to, our Products. If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, please do not subscribe to or use our Products. Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Subscription Terms.
By subscribing to our Products, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, which apply to all users of the Products.
Personal information collected in connection with Product subscriptions is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.soterskin.com/pages/privacy-policy).
These Subscription Terms do not apply to your general use of our Website or other services; please see our Terms of Service (https://www.soterskin.com/policies/terms-of-service). Other terms and conditions may apply to a particular Soteri Skin survey or campaign, and you should refer to those separate terms where applicable.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PRODUCTS. YOU MAY ONLY USE THE PRODUCTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
Some of our Products are intended for use on infants or children (for example, our Baby Eczema Relief Cream). Please review the medical and health information disclaimer in our Terms of Service before use, and consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about using a Product on a child.
1. Subscription Terms; Automatic Renewal
When you purchase our Products through our subscription program (the “Program”), you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed after the expiration date of your payment card.
Before you complete your subscription purchase, we will clearly and conspicuously disclose to you: the products included in your subscription; that your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel; the length of the renewal term; the price that will be charged (or, if variable, how it will be determined) and the frequency of charges; and how to cancel. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed.
Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will continue to be charged on a recurring basis, at the delivery frequency you select in your account settings under “Subscription” and without further notice until you cancel. We currently offer the following delivery frequencies for all Products: (1) every 1 month; (2) every 2 months; and (3) every 3 months. You authorize Soteri Skin or its third-party payment processor(s) to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method based on the delivery frequency you select, until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the total, then-current price of the item(s) in your subscription order on the date that order is processed, less any applicable discounts, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, at each delivery frequency interval upon renewal until you cancel.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SOTERI SKIN WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR EACH SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENT BEYOND THE AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT YOU PROVIDE WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE.
You are obligated to provide current, complete and accurate billing information and to promptly update it (for example, a change in billing address, card number, or expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your payment method is cancelled or no longer valid. Changes can be made by emailing hi@soteriskin.com or directly in your account. If you fail to timely update your payment information, your subscription may be terminated and your account may be sent for collection.
We may change the price of a product in your subscription order at any time. If we do, we will notify you of the price change, in advance of the change taking effect, together with your option to cancel. If you do not agree with a price change, you may reject it by cancelling your subscription prior to the next scheduled ship date, as described in the Cancellation Policy below.
2. Products for Personal Use Only
Our Products, and any samples we may provide, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any Products or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or Products we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of these Subscription Terms.
3. Authorized Sellers
Our Products are currently available through our Website (www.soterskin.com), TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and Google Shopping. We strongly recommend that you do not buy our Products from any other, unauthorized seller (including third-party sellers on marketplaces not listed above), as the product may be used, defective, expired, mishandled, or counterfeit. If you purchase our Product from an unauthorized seller, we will not be liable in any manner, and we reserve the right to withhold customer support with respect to such Product. Our return and refund policy will not apply to any Product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
4. Order Acceptance
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your payment method will not be charged until it is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is shipped.
5. Shipping and Handling; International Orders
Products are shipped FOB from our facility, and all risk of loss passes to you immediately upon our delivery of the Products to a common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. If a Product is returned to us because of your failure to provide accurate shipping information, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges related to returning or re-sending the Product.
Refunds will not be issued for orders refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by customs. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for shipment delays.
International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and destination. Pricing on our Website does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes, or other international costs or taxes. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you are responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and similar fees attributable to your order. These amounts, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient and will be billed by the local customs office. We suggest checking with your local customs office for any documentation you may need before placing your order.
6. Cancellation Policy
Your subscription to the Program automatically renews and remains in effect until it is cancelled by you or terminated by us. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription to the Program at any time, and will provide you notice of such termination where required by applicable law.
For subscribers who have provided us with a valid payment method, each shipment will be automatically processed at the time of each successive shipment and billed to the payment method on file at the time of your initial purchase and enrollment, unless you have since updated it.
In accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606) and similar “click-to-cancel” requirements in other states, you may cancel your subscription at any time, effective as of your next scheduled shipment, through either of the following methods, each of which is at least as easy to use as the method by which you subscribed:
- Directly in your account, at any time, with no requirement to contact customer service (https://www.soterskin.com/account/subscriptions).
- By emailing hi@soteriskin.com.
To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next scheduled charge, please cancel at least three (3) business days prior to the end of your current subscription period; cancellations received after that point may not take effect until the following billing cycle. We will send you an email confirming your cancellation.
7. Return and Refund Policy
We offer a forty-five (45) day money-back guarantee for orders shipped within the United States, and a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee for orders shipped to all other countries, measured from the date your order shipped. To start a return, please email hi@soteriskin.com.
8. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may revise these Subscription Terms from time to time, in our sole discretion. Material changes affecting your existing subscription (such as a change in price, product substitution, or delivery frequency options) will be communicated to you with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect, as described in Section 1 above. Your continued participation in the Program after a non-material change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of that change.
9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Subscription Terms are governed by, and any disputes arising from them are subject to, the Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver provisions of our Terms of Service (https://www.soterskin.com/policies/terms-of-service), which are incorporated into these Subscription Terms by reference.
