My son Jameson developed horrible eczema at 6 months all over his back and behind his knees. The formula is steroid-free, fragrance-free, and designed for sensitive skin, making it suitable for delicate baby skin. We have earned the Eczema Association Seal of Approval which means that we have undergone stringent safety, microbial, allergen and stability testing.
Yes. The Soteri Skin Eczema Baby Relief Cream is gentle enough for both face and body, including areas commonly affected by baby eczema such as eyelids, cheeks, arms, legs, ears and skin folds.
For best results, apply the Soteri Skin Baby Eczema Relief Cream daily and consistently. We recommend applying it at least twice a day, and more often if needed to keep your baby’s skin comfortable and hydrated.

I truly didn’t know what to expect when I first tried this cream. Baby girl was confirmed to have eczema by pediatrician when she was 5 months old and our journey to find the right lotion before trying the one with steroids began. A few lotions fails after, we were lucky to find Soteri and it really has been a great improvement in her skin. I’ve used it on her drool and heat rashes and it’s worked as good as on her eczema patches. Will recommend it as much as I can

My baby’s skin is extremely dry and prone to flaking, with redness especially in the folds of his skin. His eczema had gotten so bad in some areas that he even developed small sores. I am very impressed with the results of this cream. Absolutely nothing has helped my baby’s flare ups as much a the Soteri cream did ! I will definitely be a returning customer because I am sold. My daughter has super sensitive skin and this gets the job done in the best way possible. It does have to get used on more than one occasion. She still flares up here and there but it’s not as bad as it used to be
