Soteri Skin’s signature pH/LOCK complex immediately starts working to restore the skin’s acid mantle, the acidic film on the skin’s surface, which is usually disrupted when skin is irritated.

Skin tingling and stinging

Depending on how irritated your baby’s skin is, they may experience a slight sensation of tingling upon application. This is a positive indication that Soteri Skin Bebe has immediately started to work on your baby’s skin to restore their skin acid mantel and balance their surface skin pH. How long until I see results?

While many people see improvement within the first week, this isn’t true for everyone. You can expect to see results within 3-4 weeks after starting to use your Soteri products twice daily.

I have ____ condition. Will this work for me?

Soteri products are formulated to be safe for the most sensitive of skin (ie. eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and xerosis) and even damaged skin.

Most skin conditions involve disruption of the balance between the skin barrier, acid mantle, and microbiome, which Soteri was specifically created to correct.

Is this tingling sensation normal?

While some people never experience this sensation upon applying Soteri skincare, others may find that they experience stinging or tingling. Don’t worry; the tingling sensation is perfectly normal. It’s an indication that your skin barrier may have been compromised, and that our formulation is working to reset your skin's balance. It should fade as your skin recovers. In fact, you can use the tingling as a feedback mechanism to assess the health of your skin!

Can I use this with steroids?

Yes, you can use Soteri skincare with topical steroids. For best results apply 5-10 minutes after you apply your steroid cream.

Where does Soteri fit in a routine?

Our products are carefully formulated to provide all the ingredients and hydration that skin needs, so you don’t need to apply other skincare. We include powerful, safe actives such as niacinamide, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid, so Soteri can replace many other serums or treatments.

While Soteri is great on its own, it also plays well with your other skincare faves. If you have a skincare routine you like to stick to, use Soteri in place of your moisturizer. However, we don’t recommend using it with other products that contain AHA, BHA, or PHA, because that can be irritating for your skin, and that’s exactly what we don’t want.

Use Soteri at least twice per day—after cleansing, and whenever skin is dry. You’ll start seeing results in about 3-4 weeks.

Yes! In fact, BALANCING ACT makes a great base for makeup. We recommend applying BALANCING ACT without any other skincare before putting on your makeup.

In our experience, sample sizes aren’t enough for people to properly test whether Soteri skincare will work for them. We recommend that people apply Soteri for at least 3+ weeks to see results. I've been using Soteri Baby eczema cream on my 8-month-old daughter for the past three weeks, and the results have been remarkable. Great Results

I began using Bebe Skin after finding the original Balancing Act a bit strong for my sensitive skin. Customer Service was amazing and recommended I try their gentlest formula instead and I’m glad they did! As they clearly mention there is a tingling/stinging sensation when you first start using it, and to be honest, my skin hasn’t stopped stinging when I apply the cream, even after a few weeks. However, the results are worth it to me! I struggle with eczema on my arms and neck but applying Bebe Skin twice a day has soothed it to the point where I do not have to rely on prescription creams anymore. My skin is not 100% clear, but the redness/discomfort is much improved and less noticeable. Overall, I am very impressed and will keep using Bebe Skin in the future. Hydrating

The cream is thick and creamy. I didn't notice a scent to the product. It comes on smoothly and it took a few minutes to absorb. The moisturizer didn't leave my skin greasy or tight after application. I like how soft and hydrated my skin felt. I felt like the moisturizer last all day and I didn't need to reapply.

Truly hydrates skin

This is unlike any lotion I have tried. It deeply hydrates my skin without leaving any oily feeling or superficial cream that takes a while to absorb. It doesn't have a scent necessarily and I think because it doesn't focus on scent but a true clinical moisture- it truly works! I'm actually grabbing it over my other scented lotions! Zero breakouts on my face and no reactions. Recommending this!

Good moisturising, but a bit oily

Deep, lasting moisturizer, but doesn't absorb as quickly as other lotions might. This could leave a bit of oily residue if you don't rub it in well enough. Overall, like the different plant oils it has and also the lack of a smell is welcome for people with sensitivities.
