Step 2 is safe for daily, long-term use. It keeps your skin's pH balanced and strengthens the barrier to prevent future flare-ups. Since eczema often has a genetic component, ongoing use is recommended to maintain healthy, resilient, flare-free skin.
One bottle typically lasts 30 days when used on affected areas. If applied more generously or over larger areas, you may need it sooner. For convenience, we recommend subscribing to two bottles monthly so you never run out.

Yes — but use Step 1 pH/LOCK® Lite or Baby Cream, since eyelid skin is very delicate. Apply only a tiny amount and gently tap until absorbed to avoid it running into your eyes.
Yes. After cleansing, Soteri rebalances your skin's pH to the optimal level. Choose a gentle, sensitive-skin body wash, and always apply Soteri after each wash. Avoid layering other moisturizers in between, as they may disrupt pH balance.
We don't recommend adding other skincare products, as they may reduce Soteri's effectiveness. Soteri already hydrates while rebalancing skin pH. For extra support, try a black tea compress before applying — it can help soothe facial eczema and works well alongside our creams.

I am so thankful for Soteri Skin! After suffering with eczema on my entire body for the past 15 years! I am so happy to finally be relieved of the rashy, itchy and irritated skin. I had gone to numerous dermatologists over the years who prescribed steroid ointments that only provided temporary relief. With daily use of Soteri Skin to adjust the pH my skin, the acid mantle was restored, and the skin barrier was strengthened. With continued use, I finally had clear, smooth and calm skin again! After so many years of suffering, I am really upset that none of my doctors are aware of this product. My nine-year-old son has had eczema since he’s been a toddler and no doctor recommended creams have worked until now. I have atopic dermatitis and developed persistent hand eczema from over-washing during the pandemic. I used both prescribed steroid ointments + moisturizers, but the relief was always brief. Although I still have some eczema on my body, Soteri Skin healed my hand eczema on its own. Wow. For my hands specifically, it worked better than steroids.
