I’m a med surg nurse with bad eczema and nothing worked. I tried everything! Aquaphor and gloves while I slept. Then I found Soteri and within a month my skin healed! It’s especially hard when I work 3 straight days at the hospital with the constant washing but this product saved me!!!!

Before
After

I developed severe hand eczema 4 years ago. I could barely use my hands. After trying every prescription and OTC product with no improvement, my cousin in dermatology recommended Soteri Skin, and it’s been nothing short of miraculous. I learned that over washing my hands was making my eczema worse because it disrupted my skin’s pH—something no dermatologist ever told me. Within a week of using the Active Flare-Up Eczema Relief Cream, my flare finally calmed. By week four, after adding the Long-Term Relief Cream, my hands were completely transformed—no swelling, pain, peeling, or oozing. I got my hands back.

The Active Flare-Up Eczema Relief Cream is designed to calm inflamed, itchy, and irritated eczema-prone skin. It helps soothe redness and discomfort while supporting the skin barrier and restoring optimal skin pH. It has a lower pH buffer which helps you acclimate to Soteri Skin’s pH/LOCK® active complex

Apply the cream twice daily — morning and evening — to the affected areas. You may apply it more frequently if needed or if your skin feels particularly dry or irritated.

If you shower or cleanse, apply the cream immediately afterward while the skin is still slightly damp, as this helps lock in moisture and support the skin barrier.

Please note that you do not need to cleanse your skin before applying Soteri Skin creams. This guidance simply means that whenever you do shower, it’s best to moisturize afterward.

Some people may experience mild tingling or stinging, especially if the skin barrier is compromised during an eczema flare.

This sensation is temporary and usually fades as the skin begins to heal. Eczema-prone skin tends to have a higher (more alkaline) pH, while healthy skin is naturally acidic. The Active Flare-up Eczema Relief Cream helps restore the skin’s optimal acidic environment. As the skin adjusts during this rebalancing process, a brief tingling sensation may occur.

Yes. Active Flare-Up Eczema Relief Cream is designed for face, hands and body.

Soteri Skin has earned the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance, which requires extensive safety, microbial, allergen, and stability testing. This means the formula has been evaluated and recognized as suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin, including delicate areas like the face and eyelids.

Yes. If you are using a prescription topical treatment, apply the medication first, allow it to absorb for 2 – 3 minutes, and then apply Soteri Skin.

Such a relief!!

I started using the Soteri kit last year and had great results with it, but when I would switch from the first to the second phase, I would have flares again. I started buying the kit just to use the 4.8ph formula (which was not very economical but that was my only option to get the flare formula) and eventually stopped using it due to cost and waste. I am BEYOND excited to see that I can now buy this flare formula only so I can start using this product again! My skin was the best it’s been in years when I was using this product so I’m excited to add it back into my regimen!! Thanks Soteri!!

Thank you Katie for your review and excited to see that you love our Active Flare- up Relief Cream. As your skin acclimates, we highly encourage you to switch to the blue product ( the Long Term Relief). This is the more advanced product that will keep your skin pH in the opitmal 4.8 zone.

Arm eczema is getting better

I've had a mild eczema : red, bumpy skin on my arm for about a year and never figured out any triggers. I'm using the "Active Flare up Relief". My arm has cleared up a lot-it's going great, and I'm sticking with it

Calm skin on my face and neck now

I'd been dealing with eczema on my face, arms, and the back of my neck for about 6-7 months. When it flared, it got a little reddish, and heat or season changes made it worse. I started the Soteri Starter Kit and I'm finishing the Active Flare up Relief cream now. The cream feels comfortable-soft and soothing when I put it on-and I haven't felt any tingling or burning. What's changed is the day-to-day calm. I haven't had any flares so far, and my face looks clearer and refreshed with a bit of glow. It's played a big role in getting things under control, and the whole experience has felt very safe compared to other treatments I've tried. I'm moving on to Long Term Relief product and plan to keep it in my routine.

Noticing real difference in my eczema patches

I've had eczema for over a decade, with red, itchy, dry patches mostly on my face and also on my hands and legs. I started using Soteri once a day and it feels soothing each time. The itch has backed off, the redness is down, and my skin feels smoother and less reactive.I haven't felt this comfortable in a long time. I really did notice a clear difference with Soteri compared to the other creams I've used. I'm genuinely grateful and plan to keep using it.

Knuckles are healing from dryness

I've dealt with dry, red hands for about a year, mostly on my palms and knuckles, and it always gets worse when the weather turns cold. I started the Soteri Skin Starter Kit and, with the Active Flare up Relief cream, the cracking on my knuckles has cleared up. My cuticles are still peeling and dry, but overall it's going well. I'm switching to the Long Term Relief product in two days and I'm hopeful that will help the cuticle issue. I plan to keep using it because I'm already seeing progress where I needed it most.

Eczema on my face and hands improving

I've had eczema for about a year on my face and hands, with other patches popping up here and there. I started using Soteri twice a day as my main moisturizer, and it feels good going on and symptoms are fading.

Day-to-day skin feels much calmer

I've had dry, itchy skin for several years, and when it flares it shows up on my face, hands, back, and feet as red, irritated, and flaky. I started the Soteri starter kit a week ago and stuck with the twice a day routine. The Active Flare up Relief cream was easy to live with-no tingling or irritation-and by the time they checked in, I wasn't dealing with any active flares, which was a welcome change. I've switched to the Long Term Relief product now and I'm keeping it simple by not layering other moisturizers. It's straightforward, and so far my skin feels calm enough that I'm genuinely optimistic about continuing.

Back of my arms feel smoother with Soteri

The backs of my arms and my hands tend to be where my eczema shows up as itchy, dry, and red. I've been focused on improving my skin for about five years, and after trying plenty of moisturizers, I tried Soteri about a week ago and have been putting it on daily since it arrived. It feels comfortable right away when I apply it, and I can already see and feel a real shift. My skin texture is smoother and those spots look calmer. My hands feel soft instead of tight. Compared to other creams I've used, this one has simply worked better for me. I like it a lot and would recommend it to anyone dealing with dryness or irritation.

Backs of my legs looking much better

For about six months, the backs of my legs were red, rashy, and very dry. I started the Starter Kit and used the Active Flare up Relief cream twice a day, especially after showering, instead of my regular moisturizer. It goes on easily with no sting or tingling, and the area has really settled down-everything looks good so far. I'm moving on to the Long Term Relief cream now. I keep the tube on my bathroom counter so I remember to use it after my evening shower, and it's been easy to stay consistent. I'm relieved to have that area feeling steady again and plan to keep this in my routine.

Less flaky and itchy on my skin now

I've dealt with eczema and rashes for about two years on my hand, lower legs, and upper arms. My skin is red, scaly, and sometimes oozy. I also have a history of skin cancer, so I'm cautious about trying new products. I started using Soteri and the spot is still there, but it’s less flaky and the itch is more on-and-off instead of constant. It’s finally moving in the right direction

Redness and discomfort are easing up

I've dealt with dry, very red flare-ups for a few years-mostly on my cheeks, plus my right arm, left hand, back, and both legs. The sun makes my face especially red. I started using Soteri and the cream is easy to apply, has a light, pleasant smell, and goes on smoothly. Within the first week I noticed the redness easing up and the itch and general discomfort dialing down. It's the first product that's actually worked for me, and it kicked in fairly quickly, which was a surprise. I feel more at ease going about my day without that constant, tight, irritated feeling on my skin.

Soteri helps with dry skin behind my knees

I deal with eczema mostly behind my knees, on my face, and between my fingers. The dry, itchy spells were a regular thing. I started using Soteri twice a day and the texture felt smooth and creamy going on. With daily use, it calms my skin and the dry/itchy stages don't last as long.

Face feels much better now

I've spent the last year dealing with itchy, red, blotchy, flaky skin on my face along with folliculitis/dermatitis. Extreme temps made it worse, and by late afternoon I'd be scratching without thinking. Using Soteri twice a day-morning and night after washing my face-made a clear difference. No irritation or side effects, just steady relief. The itchiness stopped and the redness calmed down, and it worked better for me than hydrocortisone or the oatmeal baths I used to try. It's now part of my regular skin routine, and I'm sticking with it.

Feeling optimistic after a few weeks

I've had dry, red skin on my face for about three years, and it tends to flare with season changes-New York winters are the worst for me. I keep my routine pretty basic because my skin gets angry fast, so I started the Soteri Starter Kit a bit cautiously. I'm still on the "Active Flare up Relief" product and using it twice a day after my morning commute. It feels gentle on my face and goes on without any heaviness, and so far it does seem to be working. The only thing I don't love is the smell, but it's manageable and fades. I'm feeling cautiously optimistic and plan to move on to the " Long Term Relief" product as directed.

Face feels softer and less flaky now

I've dealt with dry, flaky facial skin for ages-especially in my T-zone. Between my eyebrows and across my forehead would get scaly and even crack. Winter and being outside for long stretches always made it worse. Using Soteri Skin once a day, I've noticed my face is less dry and more comfortable, particularly around my brows and forehead. It's been good, and I genuinely like it.

Hands and elbows getting less rough

I've had dry, rough patches on my hands and elbows for about two years. When it's cold, the skin gets red and feels worse. The rough texture is smoothing out a bit and my arms feel less “coarse” when I put on clothes. It’s subtle, but I can tell it’s helping.

Patches behind my knees feel calmer now

I've been dealing with eczema behind my knees on and off for about four years. It shows up as flaky, red patches and gets worse with heat and humidity. After using Soteri, the patches aren’t as bumpy and my upper back feels less itchy. I still get some dryness.

Flaking and redness improving on my skin

I've dealt with eczema symptoms for a long time-dryness, redness, flaking, thickened skin, and sometimes it even bleeds. It's pretty widespread for me and seems to get worse with the seasons. I started with the Active Flare up Relief Carem and then move to the Long Term Rlief cream. The flaking still exists, but they’re less scaly and don’t look as red. I’m not fully cleared, but it’s improving.

Moisture helps my face stay smooth

I've dealt with eczema on my face since I was a kid-mostly around my nose, chin, and down my neck. My skin can look dull and sometimes even splits, and it tends to act up more in the summer. I'm still on the Active Flare up Relief cream and I like it so far. It's very moisturizing and keeps my skin from drying out for a long stretch, which has made day-to-day life a lot more comfortable.

Flaky eyelids are finally feeling better

I've dealt with flaky, dry eyelids for a few years, and winter always makes it worse. I actually thought I was ordering a simple dry-skin lotion and was surprised when an eczema kit showed up, but I went ahead and used the Active Flare up relief cream twice a day. My skin handled it fine. After sticking with it, my eyelid feels noticeably more moisturized and the flakiness has calmed down a lot. It's the best it's felt in a long time. I keep the tube next to my toothbrush so I don't forget the morning and night routine. I’m now on the Long Term Relief creamn. Somtimes I still react but the flakiness has reduced a tonne and the itchiness is almost gone!

Elbows and back are clearing up nicely

I've dealt with itching, rashes, and redness for several years on my back, elbows, and hands. I started the Soteri Starter Kit and, even during the " Active flare up relief cream" phase, my elbows and back became fully clear. My hands keep getting better, and the overall relief has been noticeable. It's performed better than other topical products I've tried.

Sun doesn’t bother my skin as much

I've had this persistent skin soreness for about six months, and the sun seems to set it off. I started using the Soteri kit recently, and it's been great so far. Day to day, my skin feels less tender even after being outside. It's early, but the change is noticeable enough that I'm planning to keep going with it. Feeling more comfortable in my own skin again is a relief.

Great for my itchy hands and legs

I've dealt with itchy, red skin my whole life-mostly on my hands, feet, and the upper part of my legs. A flare starts red and inflamed, then after I put on cream it gets flaky and eventually settles down. Hot weather makes it worse, and even Epsom salt soaks can set things off. Living in Detroit, the summer heat definitely doesn't help. I tried Soteri Skin and it's a great product. I reach for it when my hands or feet start to act up, and it fits into what I already do without any fuss.

Improvement on my stubborn elbow patch

I've had a single stubborn patch on my left forearm just above the elbow for about two years-super rough, dry, and it flares when it's hot. Most moisturizers just made it look chalky again. I started Soteri with the Active Flare up Relief cream and it didn't sting or bother me, which was a relief. My skin felt a more settled than usual, so I moved on to the " Long Term Relief" product. Now I'm using this proudct regularly (I keep it by the shower so I remember morning and night). I noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin. I did have a flare last week and it got pretty itchy that day, but it calmed down after I put Soteri on. I'm sticking with it because there's steady progress and no irritation so far.

Calmer skin on my knees and elbows during allergies

I've dealt with dry, red, patchy spots for about three years, mostly in the bends of my knees, my elbows, and under my arms. Allergy season makes everything worse-those areas getmore irritated and itchier, and I'm constantly aware of them when I'm moving around during the day. I got started with Soteri and apply it on those spots that flare the most. It has been helping things get calmer when my allergies hit. It has made a big difference to my skin

Less inflamed skin between my fingers

I've had eczema for years, mostly on my forehead and in between my fingers. When it flares, it turns red, and summertime seems to bring it on more often. I’m not expecting miracles, but after using Soteri Skin, my skin looks less inflamed and the itch isn’t as sharp. Still dealing with it, just a calmer baseline.
