While many people see improvement within the first week, this isn’t true for everyone. You can expect to see results within 3-4 weeks after starting to use your Soteri products twice daily.

Soteri products are formulated to be safe for the most sensitive of skin (ie. eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and xerosis) and even damaged skin.

While some people never experience this sensation upon applying Soteri skincare, others may find that they experience stinging or tingling. Don’t worry; the tingling sensation is perfectly normal. It’s an indication that your skin barrier may have been compromised, and that our formulation is working to reset your skin's balance. It should fade as your skin recovers. In fact, you can use the tingling as a feedback mechanism to assess the health of your skin!

Yes, you can use Soteri skincare with topical steroids. For best results apply 5-10 minutes after you apply your steroid cream.

Our products are carefully formulated to provide all the ingredients and hydration that skin needs, so you don’t need to apply other skincare. We include powerful, safe actives such as niacinamide, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid, so Soteri can replace many other serums or treatments. 

While Soteri is great on its own, it also plays well with your other skincare faves. If you have a skincare routine you like to stick to, use Soteri in place of your moisturizer. However, we don’t recommend using it with other products that contain AHA, BHA, or PHA, because that can be irritating for your skin, and that’s exactly what we don’t want.

Use Soteri at least twice per day—after cleansing, and whenever skin is dry. You’ll start seeing results in about 3-4 weeks.

3. Serum
4. Soteri Skin products/moisturizer
5. SPF

Yes! In fact, BALANCING ACT makes a great base for makeup. We recommend applying BALANCING ACT without any other skincare before putting on your makeup.

In our experience, sample sizes aren’t enough for people to properly test whether Soteri skincare will work for them. We recommend that people apply Soteri for at least 3+ weeks to see results. However, we do offer a 30-day no-questions-asked full refund if you find that Soteri doesn’t work for you.
